Carlton Cole has worked in the construction industry since 1999. Prior to his role with Cole Construction he was employed with Huntington Homes as a construction/project manager. During his tenure Huntington Homes received the prestigious JD Powers award for three years in a row. Carlton also received numerous awards ranging from rookie builder of the year in 1999 to being honored for the number of units closed in 2000 and 2001. In the residential construction field Carlton has managed the construction of as many as 150 homes ranging in price from $285,000-$850,000. In addition to his professional experience he also holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Texas Tech University.

Carolyn Cole is an award winning interior designer and can assist with every aspect of design, from interior design, renovation, staging and even Feng Shui. She has worked in the interior design field since the early 1980’s. Her experience ranges from renovating historic homes, to designing interiors of office buildings, to flipping homes for resale. Carolyn is actively involved in various design organizations, including the American Society of Interior Designers. She also received recognition from the San Antonio Conservation Society for her outstanding work on the reconstruction of the Norton Breckenridge House that is located in the historic neighborhood of King William in San Antonio Texas. In addition to these achievements she also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics from Texas Tech University and a Bachelors Degree of Fine Arts degree from North Texas.
